Business Policies
  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled massage appointment.
  • Call or text if you are running late for your appointment.
  • Payment is due at time of service (or prior to). Cash, checks and credit cards are all accepted- I do not take insurance.
  • Practice cleanliness, tell me if you’re dealing with any type of skin infection.
  • All sessions are either 30, 60, or 90 minutes in length, determined before day of the massage appointment.
  • 24 Hour Cancellation Notice is required! Everyone gets 1 freebie then a $25 fee will be applied at next massage. Emergencies can be discussed.
  • If I cancel an appointment with less than 24 hour notice your next massage is free!
  • If I’m late for a session, that session still lasts the full amount and you will receive a discount on the massage.
  • Phone calls, text messages and emails will be returned within 24 hours of receipt, unless I’m out of town.
  • I reserve the right to possibly increase my rates every year as a result of continuing education and business expenses.
  • Any person with a Washington State Department of Health license is eligible for a discount on massage!
  • Please communicate with me! If ever you are dissatisfied with the service you received feel free to talk with me to determine if any changes can be made, I want every client to walk out feeling as if they were heard and cared for.
